Gleechi develops VirtualGrasp, an AI-driven system that automates hand animation to provide natural interaction within virtual reality environments. Its technology combines machine learning and algorithm training to enable learn-by-doing immersive training applicable to industrial training scenarios, stroke rehabilitation, and VR games. The company says VirtualGrasp improves safety and business efficiency while reducing disruption by enabling remote workforce training. Gleechi plans to package its VR training platform as a scalable software-as-service and to expand platform components to make VR training more widely accessible. To support this expansion it is actively recruiting across technology and business functions. Financially, Gleechi has raised SEK 25M (approx €2.47M) from the European Innovation Council (EIC) Fund to accelerate and expand its VR training platform and core technologies.
