The company owns and operates an extensive network of water gathering pipelines and saltwater disposal wells focused on gathering, transporting, and disposing of produced saltwater. Goodnight serves a blue-chip customer base and operates in the Permian Basin and the Bakken Formation, with an expanding footprint in the Eagle Ford Shale. Its platform comprises 500 miles of produced water pipelines with 1.6 million barrels per day of throughput capacity. Tailwater Capital committed over $500 million of growth capital to support Goodnight’s strategic objectives and to allow the company to continue to expand its service offering.
