Goodnight Midstream builds and operates produced water midstream infrastructure for oil and gas producers. The company owns and operates an extensive network of water gathering pipelines and saltwater disposal wells focused on gathering, transporting, and disposing of produced saltwater. Goodnight serves a blue-chip customer base and operates in the Permian Basin and the Bakken Formation, with an expanding footprint in the Eagle Ford Shale. Its platform comprises 500 miles of produced water pipelines with 1.6 million barrels per day of throughput capacity. Tailwater Capital committed over $500 million of growth capital to support Goodnight’s strategic objectives and to allow the company to continue to expand its service offering. Valiant Midstream is an Oklahoma City-based provider of a full suite of midstream services, including gas gathering, processing, treating and compression, crude oil gathering, storage and transportation, condensate stabilization/splitting, produced water gathering and redelivery, and commodity marketing. The company received a $150M equity investment from Tailwater Capital and Valiant management. Tailwater Capital, a Dallas-based energy private equity firm, expects to increase its commitment as Valiant executes its growth strategy. Valiant is led by President and CEO Brandon J. Webster, COO Chad B. Cagle and CFO Zach N. Gray. The company has experience originating projects and acquisitions and managing, constructing and operating assets in the Mid‑Continent, Permian Basin, Rockies, Bakken and Haynesville.
