ePOS Hybrid develops a digital hospitality management POS that integrates self-checkouts and ordering via apps, online, or “smart table” menus. Its software plots table occupancy, charts reservations, monitors food-waste reporting and helps manage allergy and food-safety compliance. The system also supports delivery operations, tracking driver deliveries and processing completion in real time. The company positioned the product as useful for reducing human contact amid the Covid-19 pandemic and for enabling curbside/delivery workflows. The founder and CEO is Bhas Khalangi, a computer scientist. ePOS Hybrid projects revenues of £22 million and plans to gain a customer base of over 12,000 by May 2023.
