GrubTech
Unit 1201, Ubora Tower, Business Bay, Dubai, United Arab Emirates
Overview
Launched in 2019, Grubtech provides a unified commerce engine (gOnline) that integrates online and in-store ordering channels into downstream systems such as POS, ERP, inventory, third‑party logistics, and loyalty solutions. The company also offers products to streamline in‑store operations, fulfillment, and AI‑driven data analysis. Its customer base spans 18 markets and has expanded beyond F&B into quick commerce categories like groceries and pharmacies. Grubtech says customers can double sales per square meter, improve speed of service by 25%, and reduce operating expenses and wastage after adopting its solutions. The company plans to use the proceeds from the raise to accelerate geographic expansion and establish offices in Saudi Arabia, Europe and the UK. Grubtech positions itself to remove operational and data silos while enabling omnichannel growth for merchants. Grubtech is a Dubai-based SaaS platform built for cloud kitchens and delivery-centric restaurants. Its product centralizes order-lifecycle capabilities, provides visibility into critical events and layers advanced analytics to help customers reduce production time and save on manpower costs. The platform integrates with food aggregators, logistics providers, point-of-sale solutions and ERPs. Since 2019 it has served hundreds of brands and kitchens across MENA, including Delivery Hero’s cloud kitchen in Abu Dhabi, iKcon, Eathos and Azadea. Led by CEO Mohamed Al Fayed, the company raised $3.4M in a pre‑Series A round. Grubtech will use the proceeds to accelerate product development and expand across MENA, Europe and the Americas.
