Founded in 2024 as a spin-off of Guruwalk by CEO Víctor Mollá, GuruSup provides a platform that coordinates AI agents to manage end-to-end customer interactions and execute actions in external applications in real time. The platform centralizes messages from all channels, is multichannel and multilinguistic, and is trained on each customer's own data. GuruSup reports a 95% autonomous resolution rate, the ability to scale from 100 to 100,000 conversations without adding headcount, and integrations that take minutes without changing the existing tech stack. The company already has more than 800 AI agents in production across 15 sectors and has recorded over two million agent executions addressing real customer needs across support, billing, onboarding and internal operations. With the new seed funding, GuruSup aims to double its team and scale commercial operations to target an ARR of €1.5 million by 2026.
