Hab Housing, founded in 2007 by Kevin McCloud, develops environmentally friendly, affordable housing under the name Hab (Happiness Architecture Beauty). The company builds custom homes and runs a partnership called Haboakus with housing provider GreenSquare, which completed its first 42-home scheme, The Triangle in Swindon, in 2011.
