Harry's Holdings operates a pizza restaurant concept originally opened by Chef Michael Schwartz in 2011 and currently runs three South Florida locations. The company is rebranding its Harry's Pizzeria locations under the Genuine Pizza name while keeping the existing menu. It will unveil the evolved concept's first location at Aventura Mall in November with new restaurant design, branding, and signage. Existing Harry's Pizzeria sites will remain as Harry's initially but are slated to transition to the new brand and design over time. The company plans a rollout to 18 locations over the next few years, including openings in Aventura, Atlanta, Cleveland, Miami Beach and Sunrise. The recent investment is intended to fund that expansion of the Genuine Pizza concept.
