Heliware delivers a cloud-based platform that converts traditionally complex GIS workflows into easy, plug-and-play 3D geospatial intelligence. The company has built a nationwide, high-resolution 3D terrain model of India and layers it with AI-driven analytics such as flood simulation, line-of-sight assessments and predictive spatial modelling. Its technology enables organisations—from the Indian Army and DRDO to Larsen & Toubro, Accenture, Nielsen and ReNew—to move from static maps to real-time, actionable spatial insights without deep in-house GIS expertise. Heliware currently serves more than 100 clients across five countries and maintains a pan-India operational presence while already supporting customers in Southeast Asia. Founded by geoinformatics engineer Rajan Srivastav (named one of Geospatial World’s 50 Rising Stars in 2022), the startup aims to democratise advanced location analytics. Proceeds from the latest funding will finance international market entry, talent hiring, regional operational setups and working capital for upcoming projects. The company positions itself to capture rising demand in the USD 100 billion global geospatial market by lowering adoption barriers for spatial intelligence.
