It integrates directly with bank accounts and ERP systems to streamline reconciliation and simplify financial tracking and reporting within a single, adaptable platform. Swirepay, led by founder and CEO Adithya Murali and based in Santa Clara, CA, raised $3.4M in a Second Seed funding round, bringing total capital raised to $5M. The round was led by TiE Angels groups in Silicon Valley, Boston and Southern California, with participation from Aum Ventures, QPaymentZ, Nivesha Ventures, Nurture Growth Fund and angel investors. The company plans to use the funds to scale sales and marketing, onboard more enterprise customers and U.S. small businesses, and expand operations across North America and Asia, primarily India.

The company currently serves 1,200+ competitive exams in five languages and operates teams in New Delhi, Jaipur, Indore, Ahmedabad, and Lucknow. EduGorilla reports about 70,000 daily users today and aims to reach 600,000–700,000 daily users with the new capital. With fresh funding it plans to intensify marketing and sales and expand content development to cover over 3,000 competitive examinations in nine vernacular languages.
