Financially, the brand has attracted significant venture backing, most recently securing Rs 108.66 crore in the first close of its Series B round. It integrates directly with bank accounts and ERP systems to streamline reconciliation and simplify financial tracking and reporting within a single, adaptable platform. Swirepay, led by founder and CEO Adithya Murali and based in Santa Clara, CA, raised $3.4M in a Second Seed funding round, bringing total capital raised to $5M. The round was led by TiE Angels groups in Silicon Valley, Boston and Southern California, with participation from Aum Ventures, QPaymentZ, Nivesha Ventures, Nurture Growth Fund and angel investors. The company plans to use the funds to scale sales and marketing, onboard more enterprise customers and U.S. small businesses, and expand operations across North America and Asia, primarily India.
