- Enlite
Led · Series A · May 2026
Enlite designs wireless, cloud-native building management systems that control HVAC, ventilation, lighting, energy consumption and integrate thousands of sensors across commercial buildings. The company emphasizes retrofit-friendly, non-invasive installations that avoid extensive rewiring, positioning its controllers as a layer that can modernize aging infrastructure. Enlite reports deployments across more than 35 million square feet, including projects with Samsung, Qualcomm, Taj Hotels, Accor, Embassy Group and Blackstone. The founders initially self-funded via friends-and-family rounds and delayed institutional fundraising until product-market fit; they raised a ₹46 crore Series A led by Avaana Capital in 2025. The company has focused on long sales cycles and proving references in live buildings to overcome industry skepticism of wireless and cloud approaches. Enlite plans to use the new capital to scale operations and expand into Southeast Asia and the Middle East.

Revenue details are not disclosed, but the company’s total capital raised now stands at roughly $34.5 million. With fresh funds, Aerem plans to widen its pan-India footprint, deepen its EPC and installer network, and invest in affordability, execution quality, and system-performance visibility to drive solar adoption among MSMEs and residential customers.
- Tsuyo
Led · Series A · Oct 2025
Tsuyo is a Greater Noida–based company specializing in the design and manufacture of integrated powertrain systems, including electric motors and transmission assemblies, for 3- and 4-wheelers, light and heavy commercial vehicles, and off-road EV applications. Acting as a tier-1 supplier, the company has delivered more than 150,000 powertrain units and works with over 25 original equipment manufacturers, while also exporting to Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, and the Philippines. Its product range includes high-wattage electric motors from 15 kW to 250 kW, and it intends to expand sales into Southeast Asia, Japan, Korea, and Europe. To bolster innovation, Tsuyo maintains R&D capabilities focused on hardware-based embedded software, power electronics, and prototype development. The firm is now planning its third greenfield manufacturing facility with an initial annual capacity of 20,000 motors and a dedicated vehicle-testing track that will meet PM E-DRIVE and FAME standards. A second advanced R&D center will also be set up to deepen work in power electronics and embedded systems. These expansions are aimed at meeting growing EV demand in India, where 7.02 million EVs are registered and quarterly EV sales topped 560,000 units in Q3 2025.
- Equilibrium
Participated · Seed · Sep 2025
Equilibrium is a climate-tech company focused on delivering large-scale carbon dioxide removal (CDR) in India by turning agricultural and biomass waste into durable carbon sinks through agroforestry, regenerative agriculture, mangrove restoration and biochar projects. Its platform blends carbon science, digital monitoring and community-led implementation, working closely with farmer producer organisations, NGOs and other agricultural stakeholders. The firm is currently expanding eight projects that cover 120,000 hectares and engage a network of 150,000 smallholder farmers, aiming to generate more than 20 tonnes of high-quality CDR. Equilibrium previously secured a $2 million blended-finance facility that funded projects in paddy and maize supply chains, improving the livelihoods of 10,000 smallholder workers. The recently raised $3 million seed round strengthens its balance sheet and brings disclosed funding to at least $5 million. With the new capital, Equilibrium plans to enhance its technology stack for measuring and monitoring CDR solutions and to build out its science, operations and technology teams.
