Founded in 2023 and headquartered in Bhubaneswar, Aquapulse operates an “aquapreneur-led” hub-and-spoke model to aggregate smallholder shrimp farmers across Odisha, Andhra Pradesh and West Bengal. The company provides water quality monitoring, feed management, disease early-warning systems, harvesting coordination, lagoon-based harvesting, processing partnerships and export logistics integrated into a single traceable supply chain. It exports shrimp primarily to China, Vietnam and Japan while also serving domestic institutional buyers and modern retail channels. Aquapulse operates under Phoenix Marine Exports and Solution Pvt Ltd and has recently raised capital to expand procurement networks, scale processing and exports, and build working capital capacity. The firm is investing in AI-led pre- and post-harvest systems and a tech-led transparent pricing model as it scales.

KisaanSay offers a range of authentic, 100% single-origin food products that are grown, minimally processed, and packaged at source by partner farmer enterprises. Founded in 2022 and based in Gurugram, the company operates a single-origin model through co-brand and co-profit partnerships with 25 farmer enterprises, covering around 50,000 farmers across nine states. Its portfolio includes over 100 SKUs across 12 categories and it sells via its direct-to-consumer website, major e-commerce and quick commerce platforms, and select retail stores in Delhi-NCR. KisaanSay raised a $2 million pre-seed in January last year and has now closed a Rs 34 crore Series A to accelerate growth. The company plans to use the new capital to scale distribution, strengthen marketing and brand-building, expand the team, build a scalable organisation, and deploy full-stack technology infrastructure.

ELMED Life Sciences develops probiotic- and microbiome-based biological solutions targeting poultry, dairy, livestock, aquaculture and soil health, with applications across animal, agricultural and human health. The company sells through a B2B model and serves enterprise clients across those sectors. It currently exports products to over 18 countries. ELMED plans to expand its manufacturing operations in Hyderabad and deepen distribution into tier 2 and tier 3 domestic markets while strengthening international presence. The firm intends to use the $2.7 million Series A proceeds to expand manufacturing capacity, bolster research and development, and scale distribution domestically and abroad. The company was founded by Pruthivin Reddy Madduri and co-founded by Nikhil Konkathi.

Founded in 2022, Fambo provides restaurants, cloud kitchens, and QSR chains with fresh farm produce and semi-processed food products that ensure cost-effective, consistent quality across outlets. The company partners with farmers on more than 75 acres of GAP-certified farms for crop planning and traceability, and it operates a temperature-controlled, AI-optimized logistics network and a highly automated micro-processing centre in Noida. Over 1,000 restaurants and cloud kitchens—including Burger King, McDonald’s, California Burrito, Burger Singh, Nomad Pizza, and Barbeque Nation—source ingredients through Fambo, giving the startup more than 50 marquee clients. A team of in-house chefs collaborates with customers to co-develop new menu items, further deepening client relationships. Fambo reported ₹20.3 crore in revenue in FY25 and projects an annualised revenue run-rate of ₹50 crore by Q2 FY26 while remaining profitable. The latest capital will fund nationwide expansion, product-line diversification, talent acquisition, and further tech investments.

JustDeliveries provides perishables logistics solutions, working with QSRs, café chains, and brands that sell frozen and fresh goods to address problems caused by a disjointed cold supply chain. Founded by Mahansaria in 2022, the company is focused on expanding its logistics network across major Indian markets. It plans to grow its footprint in the National Capital Region, Bengaluru, Mumbai, Pune and to begin operations in Hyderabad. Over the next three to four years JustDeliveries intends to expand to eight to ten Indian cities. The company raised $1 million in a Pre-Series A round and will use the proceeds to fund its geographic expansion. Participants in the round include Nabventures, Faad Network, Anay Ventures, Caret Capital, and Mahansaria Family Office.
