The company claims top rankings on benchmarks such as WorldScore, WorldArena, and RoboTwin and says its models achieve strong generalization, few-/zero-shot execution, and robustness under substantial visual and environmental perturbations. Manifold AI reports an "industrial+academic" team with more than 200 top-tier publications and over 100,000 citations, and it has built a hardware-data-model closed loop that has accumulated hundreds of thousands of hours of high-quality data. It also established the WorldArena evaluation benchmark and has participated in organizing related challenges (CVPR 2026 WorldArena Challenge). With the new funding, Manifold AI plans to expand its multimodal world-model research, infrastructure, and industry deployments in logistics, manufacturing, automotive, and mixed-reality entertainment.
- Silicon Box

Silicon Box focuses on large-scale chiplet packaging that combines multiple smaller chips into single high-performance packages. The company emerged from stealth in 2021 and was founded by BJ Han, Sehat Sutardja, and Weili Dai, claiming unicorn status in late 2023. It has completed multiple financing rounds, including a $200 million Series B in January 2024, a $150 million Series B2, and $208 million across seed, Series A, and SAFE rounds. In 2024, Silicon Box reported $1.87 million in revenue in the first year of production at its Singapore factory from pre-qualified customers and R&D investments. The company says it intends to scale manufacturing capacity to meet rising customer demand and support customers across AI, high-performance computing, mobile devices, IoT, robotics, and space technology. Its recent S$100 million debt facility is intended to bolster the capital base while limiting shareholder dilution as it expands production.
- Galaxea AI
Participated · Series B · Feb 2026
Founded in 2023 and based in Beijing, Galaxea AI develops embodied intelligence systems centered on Vision‑Language‑Action (VLA) models and World Action Models. The company emphasizes a tightly integrated approach where VLA and World Action Models co‑evolve using massive real‑world datasets collected from open environments. Galaxea has open‑sourced three VLA models to date and contrasts its real‑data‑driven approach with competitors that rely primarily on simulation. The firm acknowledges challenges of high data collection difficulty, cost, and slower scalability inherent to its chosen data strategy. Following a nearly CNY1 billion Series B in February, Galaxea completed a nearly CNY2 billion Series B+ at a CNY200 billion valuation to fund further R&D, ecosystem expansion, and commercial deployment efforts.
