Pantheon is a leading global private equity fund investor. We manage regional primary investments, global secondary and infrastructure investments and customised separate account programmes. Pantheon has around 192 staff, including 71 investment professionals, and has $24.1 billion in assets under management. Pantheon was founded in 1982 and now invests on behalf of more than 400 institutional investors, including public and private pension plans, insurance companies, banks, endowments and foundations. Affiliated Managers Group, Inc. (“AMG”), alongside senior members of the Pantheon team, acquired Pantheon in June 2010. AMG is a global asset management company with equity investments in leading boutique investment management firms. This ownership structure, with Pantheon management owning a meaningful share of the equity in the business, provides a framework for long-term succession and enables Pantheon management to continue to direct the firm’s day-to-day operations. The company announced a $96M equity investment from Providence Strategic Growth as part of its current financing activity. Skybox Security is a leader in proactive security management solutions, offering automated tools that find and prioritize cyber risks such as vulnerabilities, firewall configuration errors, and access compliance issues.
