The company provides colocation, bandwidth, security, and support services from carrier- and cloud-neutral facilities to nearly 1,000 customers, including carriers, cloud providers, AI and GPUaaS providers, media content firms, financial services, and enterprises. eStruxture positions itself as a leading hyperscale and AI data center provider in Canada and emphasizes support for data sovereignty and rapidly scaling digital infrastructure. Financially, the company has raised C$1.55B of debt under its ABS and DevCo program following the C$150M upsize announced in March 2026, with those ABS notes issued under a Green Finance Framework. Leadership cited strong investor demand and a robust capital pipeline to fund continued expansion of its platform across Canada.

    CapIntel develops web-based applications and a sales platform for financial professionals to help advisors provide better service and clearer understanding of investments. Its platform is used by more than 10,000 advisors serving over two million households, including three of the top five Big Banks in Canada. The company launched its platform in 2019 and reported nearly 800% revenue growth in 2021 following 640% growth in 2020. Led by CEO James Rockwood and CTO Max Moreau, CapIntel recently expanded into the U.S. market. The team plans to hire at least 150 new members over the next two years, focused on building out sales and product teams. The company intends to use the funds to further accelerate growth and expand its business reach.

  • Greengate Power

    Greengate Power develops, originates and builds wind and solar projects across Alberta and Ontario and is pursuing expansion across North America. Its core product is utility-scale renewable energy projects; since 2007 it has developed 480 MW of operating renewable assets and is developing roughly 1,000 MW of late-stage wind and solar projects. The company has attracted approximately $1 billion of capital deployed by partners such as Enbridge, EDF and Capital Power. Greengate positions itself as an industry-leading producer of renewable and clean energy and aims to capitalize on growing demand under policies like Alberta’s Climate Leadership Plan. The company will use the new funding to advance project development and move projects toward construction. Financially, the Greengate platform is supported by long-term capital commitments and strategic industry partnerships. Greengate Power develops utility-scale wind energy projects across Alberta, targeting sites with access to existing transmission. The company is currently developing roughly 1,550 MW of wind projects on approximately 200,000 acres of private land. Management intends to use new capital to continue development of its wind project portfolio. The firm raised an initial tranche under a larger financing and expects remaining proceeds to be advanced upon completion of certain milestones. Recent governance changes tied to the financing include the addition of an NGEN Managing Director to the board and a planned board appointment from SAM Private Equity at the next shareholders’ meeting.
