HeyTeam is a Paris-based SaaS platform that personalizes and streamlines the employee journey, supporting HR teams from onboarding to offboarding. Founded in 2017 by Nathaniel Philippe, the product creates personalised, collaborative workflows and uses automated marketing processes to proactively propose actions that increase employee well-being. The platform aims to boost employee recognition and retention and is already used by clients including SNCF, Naqaparo (ex Buffalo Grill), Jellysmack, MAIF, Prisma, Octo Technology, Believe Digital and Kiloutou. HeyTeam has raised €10 million in a round led by 360 Capital Partners with participation from All Iron Ventures and angel investors. The company says the funds will be used to reinforce its technology, double headcount in the coming months, and expand operations into Spain and Italy. CEO Nathaniel Philippe framed retention as a key imminent challenge and positioned the product as part of the digital transition to improve employee relationships and support.
