The company has deep engineering expertise in high-precision PCB manufacturing. It recently secured a ₹175 crore investment from ValueQuest Tristar Fund to support expansion of its capabilities and strengthen its market position. Legal and transaction advisory for the deal was provided by JSA Advocates & Solicitors, which conducted vendor due diligence and negotiated the transaction documents. The funding represents a milestone in the company's plans to grow its high-reliability electronics manufacturing operations.
