Ahead of the IPO, the company secured anchor commitments totaling ₹220.5 crore, underscoring institutional confidence in the offering. Seventy-five percent of the IPO is reserved for qualified institutional buyers, with 15 percent for non-institutional investors and 10 percent for retail. Proceeds from the fresh issue will primarily finance the new manufacturing plant and be used for general corporate purposes. Nuvama Wealth Management and SBI Capital Markets are acting as the book-running lead managers, and the company is scheduled to list on September 30.
