- AI Verse
Led · Equity · Jan 2026
Founded in 2020, AI Verse has built a proprietary platform that procedurally constructs 3D scenes and delivers pixel-perfect, photorealistic images in seconds, giving AI teams fine-grained control over scene types, lighting, object frequency, and rare edge-case scenarios. Its technology combines two in-house procedural engines (interior and exterior), a custom generation architecture, an animation pipeline, and a library exceeding 6,600 3D objects. The company markets both SaaS and on-premise versions, allowing customers in sectors such as autonomous vehicles, defense, robotics, smart cities, and industrial inspection to generate data that is expensive, dangerous, or impossible to capture in the real world. After four years of R&D, AI Verse is positioned as a cost-effective alternative to manual data collection and annotation, helping clients meet privacy, diversity, and quality requirements. With the latest funding, the firm plans to hire across engineering, product, and sales, and to deepen its international presence while expanding into industrial robotics, medical imaging, and augmented reality. The leadership team blends AI and 3D-animation expertise, led by CEO Benoît Morisset (PhD in AI & robotics) and 3D veteran Arnauld Lamorlette. Although no revenue or user figures were disclosed, the company touts growing demand from defense and security customers and a roadmap focused on broader commercialization.

Amagi booked ₹1,162 crore in revenue from operations in FY25, reflecting a 31 % CAGR between FY23 and FY25, and earned ₹6.40 crore in profit on ₹704.80 crore revenue during the six months ended 30 September 2025. At the upper end of its IPO price band, the firm is valued at over ₹7,800 crore. Management plans to deploy ₹550 crore of fresh capital to bolster technology and cloud infrastructure, pursue inorganic growth via acquisitions, and fund general corporate purposes over FY26-FY28.
- Capillary Technologies
Participated · Equity · Nov 2025

For the six months ended September 2025, the company recorded consolidated revenue of ₹359.21 crore, following FY 25 revenue of ₹598.25 crore. To accelerate growth, the company is moving toward a public listing on the BSE and NSE. A portion of the IPO proceeds will come from a fresh issue of shares, providing new capital to the business. The firm’s strategy centers on expanding its AI-driven loyalty product suite and scaling its global enterprise footprint.
- Canara HSBC Life
Participated · Equity · Oct 2025
Founded in 2007, Canara HSBC Life Insurance Company Ltd operates as a private, bank-promoted life insurer in India, offering term, savings, and other life insurance products primarily through the branch networks of its promoter banks. The company is a joint venture in which Canara Bank holds 51 %, HSBC Insurance (Asia-Pacific) Holdings owns 26 %, and Punjab National Bank is a minority shareholder. Over the years, the insurer has established itself as a significant player among private life insurance providers that leverage bancassurance distribution. To unlock shareholder liquidity, the firm is pursuing a public listing via a ₹2,516 crore initial public offering structured entirely as an offer for sale. Because the IPO is an OFS, the company itself will not receive primary capital; instead, proceeds will flow to the selling shareholders. Ahead of the IPO, the company allotted shares to anchor investors to bolster demand and provide pricing stability. Post-listing, Canara HSBC Life will gain enhanced public visibility and a broadened shareholder base, which management hopes will support future growth initiatives in India’s expanding life insurance market.
- WeWork India
Participated · Equity · Oct 2025
Founded in May 2016 and headquartered in Bengaluru, WeWork India provides a range of flexible workspace solutions under the global WeWork brand. Its portfolio spans 59 operational centres with 94,440 desks across 6.48 million square feet of leasable area as of September 30 2024. Management states the business is now self-sustaining, having invested heavily in infrastructure over the past eight years and recently using internal funds to pay down debt. Current cash generation is sufficient to fund ongoing operations and further expansion, so the company is not seeking primary capital in its IPO. Instead, the listing is intended to provide liquidity and position the company for future growth opportunities using existing resources. WeWork India benefits from affiliation with WeWork Global, which operates in 35 countries and roughly 600 locations worldwide, augmenting brand recognition and enterprise customer acquisition.
