HMNC Brain Health is developing orally available, precision therapies for depressive and other neuropsychiatric disorders. Its lead programs are Ketabon (KET01), an oral extended-release ketamine formulation that showed rapid antidepressant effects with reduced dissociative side effects in Phase 2 studies, and Nelivabon (BH-200), an oral vasopressin V1b receptor antagonist that delivered promising results in the Phase 2b OLIVE study using a proprietary genetic method for patient selection. Both candidates are in clinical development and not yet approved by regulators. The company plans to use the newly raised capital to support late-stage clinical development and to prepare Phase 3 programs for these assets. HMNC has entered a strategic licensing agreement granting MEDICE exclusive marketing rights for KET01 in Europe, with HMNC set to receive tiered double-digit royalties and milestone payments.
