Homerez provides an app that creates multilingual ads and lists owners’ vacation homes on over 20 rental and review sites. The platform generates listings in five languages and broadcasts them to channels such as HomeAway, Booking.com, Airbnb and TripAdvisor. It also offers services for landlords including booking management, customer calls, e-mail responses and contract signing. Launched in 2014 and based in Paris, the company has signed up over 6,000 homeowners, mainly in France. With the new funding, Homerez plans to strengthen its position in the European market and then move into new markets; it is developing a new product due to launch in January 2019. The company has a stated goal to manage more than 50,000 properties within five years and has raised a total of €10 million to date.
