Overview
Housfy offers a unified residential services platform aimed at simplifying buying, selling, rentals and other home-related transactions. The company is developing interconnected business units to let users manage mortgages, property sales and rentals, refurbishments, moving and services for real estate companies from one place. It plans to add insurance brokerage services in the coming months. The startup was founded by Albert Bosch and Miquel A. Mora and is headquartered in Barcelona. Housfy says the integrated approach will improve user experience and reduce costs compared with siloed services in the property market. The recent financing will support product expansion and geographic growth across Europe. It offers mortgages, home refurbishment, moving and storage, insurance brokerage, and utility bills management among other services. Since launch the company has sold more than 5,000 properties and intermediated around 3,000 mortgages. Founded in 2017 by Albert Bosch, Miquel A. Mora, and Carlos Blanco, Housfy plans to use new funding to reinforce its expansion in Europe. The company has completed multiple investment rounds and continues to expand its service offering across the property lifecycle. Its current operating metrics reflect traction in both property sales and mortgage intermediation. Housfy is an online real-estate brokerage that provides digital services for property transactions, including sales and mortgage-related offerings. Housfy reported €4.7M in revenue last year, up from €1.5M in 2018, and says it has commercialised more than 3,000 homes since its 2017 founding. It employs 130 people across its headquarters in Barcelona and delegations in Madrid and Lisbon. The firm operates in Spain, Portugal and Italy, reaching hundreds of municipalities including Madrid, Barcelona, Valencia, Málaga, Sevilla, Zaragoza, Bilbao, Milan, Rome, Turin, Florence, Genoa, Bologna, Lisbon and Porto. To date Housfy has raised a total of €10M in financing. Housfy is a technology platform that enables homeowners to sell properties without commissions or intermediaries. Founded in 2017 by Albert Bosch, Miquel A. Mora and Carlos Blanco through Nuclio Venture Builder, the company operates in Spain and Italy. Housfy has sold more than 2,000 homes online, averages six transactions per day, completes sales in about 60 days on average, and reports an average saving of €15,000 per transaction compared with traditional agencies. Owners pay a fixed fee of €3,990 only if their property is successfully sold. The company says the new €6M financing will be used to accelerate international expansion — replicating a model already deployed in Italy — with planned launches in Portugal and France before year‑end, and to develop its technology platform. Housfy has attracted total financing of €9.7M and positions itself among Spain’s leading digital real estate agencies.
