  • DataVita

    Participated · Debt Financing · Aug 2026

DataVita operates and develops data center campus assets in the UK, including DV1 (operated since 2016) and a smaller DV2 site in Glasgow offering 130 racks across 1,000 sqm. The company acquired DV1 in 2021 with £45m of owner support and was built originally by HFD Group in 2021. It is expanding DV1 and building a new DV3 facility in the North Lanarkshire AI Growth Zone, with all capacity from both buildings contracted to CoreWeave under a 15-year lease. Last year CoreWeave announced deployments of Nvidia GPUs into DataVita data centers, and management states the first facility from the current program is due to complete this year. The company has secured project-level debt financing and a National Wealth Fund-backed guarantee to underwrite the current build-out.

  • Origis Energy

    Led · Debt Financing · Jun 2026

Origis Energy develops, owns, and operates utility-scale solar and battery storage projects. The company is advancing a pipeline of more than 20 GW and said the new facility will help advance over 5 GW of highly advanced projects. Origis reported that it has quadrupled its operating capacity over the past 24 months. Earlier financings this year include $118 million in tax equity for the Chalan Solar + Storage project and approximately $545 million in senior secured project financing for three Rockhound Projects. Management framed the new corporate credit facility as liquidity to support its growth strategy and accelerate its near-term project pipeline. The syndicate of banks and institutional investors on the transaction provides both funded credit and letter-of-credit capacity to underwrite development activity.

  • Twinco Capital

    Led · Debt Financing · Jun 2026

Founded in 2016 and dual-headquartered in Amsterdam and Madrid, Twinco Capital advances financing at the purchase order stage—often advancing up to 60% of order value upfront and the remainder on delivery—by underwriting supplier performance risk using proprietary risk intelligence and real-time operational data. Since launch it has financed over $1B across thousands of transactions with zero credit losses and serves clients including Mango, Vertbaudet, Lojas Renner and Centric Brands. The company employs 44 people and has raised equity totaling roughly $73M to date. With the new €150M Santander-led securitisation and the €15M Series B, Twinco aims to scale and institutionalise purchase order finance as an investable asset class. Its recent funding package provides both growth equity and institutional debt funding to support that expansion.

  • Ebury

    Participated · Equity · May 2026

Ebury provides cross-border payments and foreign-exchange services for small and medium-sized enterprises. The company operates with regulatory reach across 30 markets and maintains an established technology stack to support multi-currency and cross-border workflows. Ebury plans to use the recent financing to scale operations, develop new products, expand into additional geographies, and strengthen AI capabilities for payment processing and FX optimisation. Santander will remain the majority shareholder with a 55% stake and will continue to account for Ebury as its primary SME cross-border payments platform prior to the contemplated accounting change. The funding transaction includes both primary and secondary components and is being completed in two closings subject to regulatory approvals, expected by Q1 2027. The round also brings Centerbridge Partners into the shareholder base alongside existing investors such as Vitruvian Partners and 83North.
