The company is rapidly expanding its infrastructure footprint to meet accelerating demand for AI compute and has secured significant capital commitments to support that growth. Most recently it closed an $8.5 billion delayed draw term loan facility that is investment-grade rated and improves its cost of capital. CoreWeave reported roughly $28 billion in combined equity and debt financing commitments over the past year, reflecting strong institutional interest. The company plans to use the new financing to fulfill previously contracted cloud services and continue scaling its AI infrastructure.

Founded in 2020 in Nigeria and now headquartered in Dubai, Moove started as a vehicle-financing startup and expanded into ride-hailing and deliveries in Africa before moving into autonomous vehicle operations in 2023. The company currently owns and operates a 42,000-vehicle human-driven ride-hailing fleet across 14 countries and employs about 3,300 people globally while continuing to provide vehicle financing to gig drivers. Moove serves as the fleet operator for Waymo in Phoenix, Miami and Las Vegas and plans future operations in London; it also already owns robotaxi vehicles from another AV developer. The firm intends to acquire robotaxis via debt financing and aims to scale to potentially hundreds of thousands of vehicles over time. Moove is investing in automated depots called Nests to enable around-the-clock, robotics-assisted charging, maintenance and servicing, and expects its traditional mobility business to achieve full profitability this year.

Nebius builds and operates data centres packed with GPUs and offers access plus specialised software to AI and enterprise customers. It positions itself as a neocloud provider supplying AI compute at scale and has secured multi-billion-dollar contracts with Meta and Microsoft. In May it acquired Eigen for about $643m in cash and stock to improve performance of open-source AI models. To finance further expansion, Nebius is issuing $4.5bn of convertible notes, earmarked for data-centre build-out, AI cloud investment and GPU purchases. The deal structure comprises two tranches due in 2030 and 2034, reflecting significant near- and medium-term capital needs.

The company has hinted at a possible IPO as early as this year to further bolster its capital base. High-profile board appointments—including Sheryl Sandberg, Susan Decker and Nick Clegg—underscore its growing prominence.

Origis Energy develops, owns, and operates utility-scale solar and battery storage projects. The company is advancing a pipeline of more than 20 GW and said the new facility will help advance over 5 GW of highly advanced projects. Origis reported that it has quadrupled its operating capacity over the past 24 months. Earlier financings this year include $118 million in tax equity for the Chalan Solar + Storage project and approximately $545 million in senior secured project financing for three Rockhound Projects. Management framed the new corporate credit facility as liquidity to support its growth strategy and accelerate its near-term project pipeline. The syndicate of banks and institutional investors on the transaction provides both funded credit and letter-of-credit capacity to underwrite development activity.
