Hprobe develops and sells automatic test equipment (ATE) for wafer-level testing of magnetic devices used in spintronics, such as MRAMs and TMR sensors. The company is a spin-off of SPINTEC and has commercial traction with blue-chip industrial buyers. Hprobe has raised more than €2 million in a recent funding round to support international expansion. The financing will be used to strengthen the global sales team, create subsidiaries in target countries, and develop next-generation magnetic generators. The planned generators aim to deliver higher magnetic fields and shorter test times to accelerate MRAM mass production. Hprobe was founded in March 2017 and is based in Grenoble, France.
