We are the venture capital arm of the renowned R&D consortium – the Industrial Technology Research Institute (ITRI). Since our creation in 1979, we have invested over US$400 million across virtually all stages, sectors, and timezones. With fresh capital, Linker Vision plans to broaden its geographic presence across the United States, Latin America, Asia, the Middle East, and Europe. The company will also accelerate product development, deepen platform integration, and recruit top global talent to maintain technological leadership. Although no revenue or user metrics were disclosed, the Series A round underscores investor confidence in the firm’s vision to drive the next wave of AI innovation.

The service lets consumers list, discover, and purchase authenticated pre-owned goods, promoting more sustainable shopping habits. Beyond transactions, the startup aims to foster a community centered on circular fashion. Its core product stack will soon integrate AI Agents, intelligent recommendation engines, and automated fraud-prevention tools to elevate both buyer and seller experiences. The company plans to channel new capital into accelerating these AI capabilities and further platform upgrades. Led by CEO Andy Kuo, PopChill has just secured US$3 million in Series A funding to support these initiatives.

Scintil Photonics builds integrated Photonic System-on-Chip (PSoC) products using its proprietary SHIP™ heterogeneous integration process, combining lasers, photodiodes, and modulators on a single chip. Its flagship LEAF Light™ is a DWDM-native single-chip light engine designed to deliver high bandwidth density (6.4 Tbps/mm) at roughly one-sixth the power consumption of conventional pluggable solutions. The technology targets co-packaged optics (CPO) for scale-up GPU clusters and emerging AI systems and is positioned to reduce data-centre energy per bit and associated carbon footprint. Scintil draws on more than 15 years of research at CEA-Leti and operates from Grenoble within Europe’s semiconductor ecosystem. The company is entering high-volume production of LEAF Light™ and plans global hiring and expansion, including strengthening its US presence. The business recently closed a $58M Series B to support its commercial ramp, production scale-up, and international expansion. Scintil Photonics develops and markets silicon photonic integrated circuits (PICs) with monolithically integrated lasers and optical amplifiers, including integrated laser arrays, multiples of 800 Gbit/sec transmitters and receivers, and tunable transceivers for near‑chip and chip‑chip communication. Its circuits are fabricated on a proprietary III/V‑Augmented Silicon Photonics technology and produced in a multi‑customer silicon foundry. The company also delivers control electronics and reference package implementations to accelerate customer adoption. Led by CEO Sylvie Menezo, Scintil sells CMOS‑compatible PICs and optical I/O aimed at optical interconnect markets. Scintil is based in Grenoble, France and Toronto, Canada and is currently taking its product to industrial level as it gears up for mass production. It raised €13.5M in a second financing to support industrialization and global commercialization. Scintil Photonics develops fully integrated silicon photonic circuits by combining silicon and indium phosphide using wafer-scale bonding to integrate multi-wavelength lasers, waveguides, filters and photodetectors. The company is fabless and relies on commercial silicon foundry processes to build its heterogenous photonic ICs. Management is led by CEO Sylvie Menezo and chairman Pascal Langlois. Scintil plans to use the funds to develop 800 Gbit/sec transceiver photonic circuit prototypes in commercial semiconductor foundries and to sample strategic customers in the data center market. The company will strengthen its team and development partnerships, including relationships with CEA-Leti and the University of Toronto. Scintil is gearing up to take its technology to an industrial level for mass production.

Rege Nephro is developing therapies for kidney disease and is advancing a clinical pipeline in the renal space. The company is preparing for clinical trials and is using interim financing to accelerate R&D and pipeline advancement. Its recent bridge financing is intended to extend cash runway and de-risk near-term development milestones ahead of a larger Series C. Rege Nephro says this capital raise is part of a longer-term strategy to strengthen its position in renal therapies. The company plans to pursue a Series C in autumn 2026 and beyond as it progresses clinical and development activities.

Smart Ageing Tech develops SaaS software for medical and elder-care facilities using software engineering, data science, and AI. The company originated from a National Taiwan University technology project and began commercial operations in 2018, headquartered in New Taipei City. It works with more than 1,000 care providers in Taiwan and has achieved a market share above 30% in the Taiwanese elderly-care market. The firm expanded to North America at the end of 2022, capturing roughly 10% of total company revenue there and partnering with PointClickCare to deploy to 40 care facilities in the first year. Smart Ageing Tech plans to accelerate expansion into Japan from 2024 and will launch "JuboLink for Dental" to monitor patients' vital signs during dental procedures in 2024. Cumulatively the company has raised TWD620M to date, supporting continued product development and geographic expansion. 智齡科技 offers AI-enabled eldercare products such as the "AI智慧量測推車 (VitalTrolley)" and accommodation/day/home care management solutions that handle vital-sign transmission, medication records, wound recognition, and smart scheduling. The team originated in a National Taiwan University lab and became an independent company in 2018. To date it has served over 37,000 elders and families, accumulated 600 million care data points, and holds more than 27 design and invention patents and trademarks. The company reports domestic market share above 30% and annual revenue growth of roughly 300% year-over-year. Management says it will use new funds to further develop advanced AI, accelerate digital transformation, and address workforce shortages. It is already active in Taiwan and has started commercial expansion into North America and Japan, targeting overseas revenue of more than NT$100 million in 2024. Smart Ageing Tech (founded 2018) develops Jubo, an AI-powered platform for elderly care that helps caregivers, social workers, and care attendants manage daily care tasks. Jubo’s features include AI medication-management that checks individual regimens, flags risky or incorrect dosing, and sends real-time alerts to caregivers and pharmacists. The system has been approved by more than 200 care organizations and is used daily by over 3,000 care professionals. The company is developing additional AI services—including wound recognition and shift management—with five services currently in development and a goal of offering ten services by year-end. Smart Ageing Tech participated in Taiwan’s government “population aging challenge” program and has demonstrated a patented care rounds cart in Tokyo. The company is pursuing international expansion to the U.S., Japan, and Singapore and has opened a North American office and formed a partnership with PointClickCare while exploring ties with ECON Healthcare Group.
