Hublo
12 Rue Anselme, Saint-Ouen, Ile-de-France, 93400, France
Overview
Founded in 2016 through the merger of Whoog and MedGo, Hublo offers a cloud platform that centralises recruitment, shift scheduling, internal mobility and communication for hospitals, clinics, nursing homes and other care providers. The software reportedly saves users an average of 2.5 hours per day by reducing administrative tasks. By 2025 the solution served more than 22,000 managers across 5,000 facilities and reached 1 million healthcare professionals. Guided by a strategy to broaden its suite, the company has evolved into a comprehensive workforce and talent-management system and executed three acquisitions to complement its product. This expansion, supported by investor Revaia, helped Hublo quadruple annual recurring revenue and achieve operational break-even ahead of plan. Management intends to continue sector consolidation and deepen penetration with both public and private healthcare institutions in its next growth phase.
