Overview

Revaia is a growth equity investment fund that focuses on European technology companies with a sustainable ethos. It uses its heart, soul, and sweat to help them navigate the entire life cycle from the growth stage to IPO and beyond. Since the launch of its fund in 2019, which is now closing, Revaia has hired 15 staff and established a presence in Toronto and New York. It also opened an office in Berlin earlier this year.

To date clinicians using Semble have delivered care to over 10 million patients, with the platform used daily by about 16,000 professionals. The company is increasingly adopted across private healthcare in the UK and is expanding rapidly in France, and was named by TIME as one of the World's Top HealthTech Companies for 2025. Following its £30M Series C, Semble plans to accelerate growth into larger healthcare groups and further develop its positioning as an AI care orchestration layer for modern healthcare delivery.

Synera says its AI agents accelerate development cycles by up to 10x while reducing complexity, costs, and material usage, and the platform is adopted by customers including NASA, BMW, Airbus, Volvo Trucks, and Hyundai. The company serves over 60 enterprise customers across 15 countries and reported doubling annual recurring revenue in 2025, with 60% of new business driven by its AI offering. Founded in 2018 in Bremen, Germany, Synera is scaling internationally with plans to expand across the U.S., APAC, and Europe and to build a dedicated team in France. The company is positioning itself to establish the category standard for agentic R&D across aerospace, automotive, consumer electronics, and industrial engineering.

    Founded in 2016 through the merger of Whoog and MedGo, Hublo offers a cloud platform that centralises recruitment, shift scheduling, internal mobility and communication for hospitals, clinics, nursing homes and other care providers. The software reportedly saves users an average of 2.5 hours per day by reducing administrative tasks. By 2025 the solution served more than 22,000 managers across 5,000 facilities and reached 1 million healthcare professionals. Guided by a strategy to broaden its suite, the company has evolved into a comprehensive workforce and talent-management system and executed three acquisitions to complement its product. This expansion, supported by investor Revaia, helped Hublo quadruple annual recurring revenue and achieve operational break-even ahead of plan. Management intends to continue sector consolidation and deepen penetration with both public and private healthcare institutions in its next growth phase.

Seven years after completing its fourth funding round, the company has moved into a new growth phase. Its expertise in metadata handling positions it as a valuable partner for enterprises that need to analyze and leverage data at scale. The latest transaction brings a €50 million equity injection, giving the company fresh resources to accelerate expansion and product development. Tikehau’s Brienne IV fund now holds a majority stake, while Revaia has taken a minority position. This new capitalization follows multiple earlier funding rounds and signals confidence in Intersec’s long-term growth prospects.

    Founded in 2014 and headquartered in Boston with roots in Israel, Coralogix provides a platform that collects and analyzes operational data—logs, metrics, and traces—to detect outages, investigate incidents, and optimize applications. Its platform is used by more than 5,000 customers worldwide, including IBM, Tradeweb, and JFrog, and the company employs over 600 people globally. Coralogix grew revenue more than 60% over the past year, surpassed $100 million in annualized revenue more than a year ago, and counts roughly 30 customers spending over $1 million annually. The company competes in observability with vendors such as Datadog, New Relic, and Splunk and is embedding AI into monitoring and incident-response workflows, notably through its AI agent Olly; more than half of enterprise customers now use Olly or their own AI models to query operational data. Coralogix plans to invest further in AI-focused products, security, and international expansion while working toward profitability in the coming years.
