Its simulation engine models 82 distinct waste materials through real separation equipment, claiming to compress design cycles from roughly four months to days. Humara Operate integrates live SCADA signals, optical sorter data, and operational KPIs and includes an AI copilot called Duplantis for operator decision support. Early deployments reportedly deliver a 4% reduction in landfill reject rates, 4% higher material recovery, an estimated €800k annual profit uplift, and 5–7% lower OpEx per plant.
