- Boldr
Participated · Series A · Aug 2026
Boldr develops a software and hardware platform—including smart thermostats and connected controls—that gives HVAC contractors visibility and control over installed residential heating and cooling equipment. The company partners with contractors and supply houses (including Bosch-owned Source 1 and Daikin) to deploy and service controls rather than selling directly to homeowners. Its platform is designed to coordinate HVAC systems and eventually batteries, EV chargers and solar to provide flexible capacity to the power grid during periods of high demand. Boldr is initially focused on residential and light commercial HVAC, with plans to expand into central HVAC systems and additional distributed energy assets. The company has raised an oversubscribed $3.2M seed round and a $5M pre-Series A to fund product development and North American distribution expansion.
- PuntoPost
Participated · Series A · Jul 2026
Founded in 2024 by Alberto Leroy and Erick Guerrero, PuntoPost operates a network of more than 3,000 collection and delivery locations across 12 Mexican states and serves over 100 e-commerce businesses. The platform allows customers and logistics operators to consolidate shipments at neighborhood stores, with consumers able to purchase individual shipments starting at MX$60 and hold packages at locations for up to seven days. PuntoPost says its model can reduce shipping expenses by 60% to 80% compared with conventional parcel delivery services and that affiliated stores can earn up to MX$400 per day handling packages. The startup’s network already covers Mexico City, State of Mexico, Jalisco, Nuevo León, Puebla, Tlaxcala, Querétaro, Hidalgo, Guanajuato, Veracruz, and Tabasco and is preparing to expand to Aguascalientes and Colima. Financially, PuntoPost raised an initial US$1.5 million in January 2025 and has now secured a €4.3 million round that investors say will fund technology, infrastructure, commercial teams, and national expansion.
- Oktogrid
Participated · Equity · Jul 2026
Founded in Copenhagen in 2019, Oktogrid builds a patented magnetic-adhesion sensor and an AI-driven software platform to monitor transformer condition, predict faults, recommend maintenance, optimise capacity and estimate remaining life. Its sensor installs in under 15 minutes and collects acoustic and operational signatures fed into the company’s analytics platform. The company reports more than 45 customers, including 12 utilities added in the last 24 months, deployments across three continents, monitoring of over 1 GW of critical infrastructure and over 5 million hours of transformer data in production. Oktogrid says its technology has detected 26 early faults, freed more than 8,600 hours of technical work, unlocked 198 MVA of additional capacity and extended monitored asset life by an average of 15 years. With the new €4 million round, Oktogrid intends to scale internationally, expand its fleet-management product capabilities and enter low-voltage distribution grid markets to broaden its addressable market.
- Floox
Led · Equity · Jun 2026
Founded in 2022 as a division of Premium PSU and spun out as an independent company in 2024, Floox designs and manufactures DC electric vehicle chargers ranging from 7 kW to 400 kW. Its product portfolio is organized into Lyra (compact chargers from 7 kW to 80 kW for urban and commercial settings) and Lynx (high-power chargers up to 400 kW for corridors and intensive fleet use). The company serves service stations, electric transport fleets (including buses, trucks, and last-mile delivery vehicles), and transit locations such as shopping centers, gyms, and logistics hubs. Floox emphasizes rapid installation and minimal maintenance (under one hour for some models), energy efficiency above 97%, and a sustainable design that uses 70% recycled steel, is 90% recyclable, and targets a service life beyond ten years with resistance to vandalism and harsh weather. It also offers FlooxCare, a remote monitoring and predictive maintenance platform, distributes via installation and commercial partners, and relies on an outsourced manufacturing model to enable flexible scaling and shorter delivery times.
- Energiot
Led · Equity · Jun 2026
Energiot develops a new generation of piezoelectric, self-powering IoT sensors that harvest energy from power lines to avoid batteries and maintenance, paired with data-as-a-service and an analytics (SaaS) platform for grid operators. Its patented technology targets deployment across high-, medium- and low-voltage networks and aims to enable functions such as failure prevention and Dynamic Line Rating. The company has completed sixteen projects with ten European electricity operators, including Iberdrola, Red Eléctrica de España, Enel and Alliander, and has recently converted some pilots into contracts with Iberdrola and Litgrid. Energiot employs fourteen people and currently operates in markets including Spain, France, Italy, Belgium, Lithuania and the Netherlands. Planned next steps include industrialising hardware, scaling commercial deployment, launching drone-based installation, and integrating an onboard wind sensor to improve measurement accuracy.
