- Boldr
Participated · Series A · Aug 2026
Boldr develops a software and hardware platform—including smart thermostats and connected controls—that gives HVAC contractors visibility and control over installed residential heating and cooling equipment. The company partners with contractors and supply houses (including Bosch-owned Source 1 and Daikin) to deploy and service controls rather than selling directly to homeowners. Its platform is designed to coordinate HVAC systems and eventually batteries, EV chargers and solar to provide flexible capacity to the power grid during periods of high demand. Boldr is initially focused on residential and light commercial HVAC, with plans to expand into central HVAC systems and additional distributed energy assets. The company has raised an oversubscribed $3.2M seed round and a $5M pre-Series A to fund product development and North American distribution expansion.
- sunbay.io
Participated · Seed · Jun 2026
Sunbay.io automates collections by connecting to invoice data and executing company-specific workflows that follow up via email, SMS and AI voice calls, escalate cases, and provide a branded payment portal. The product surfaces credit-scoring and payment-behaviour signals to help teams identify at-risk accounts and is expanding with predictive insights and planned AI agents to automate additional tasks. The founders — Filip Szczeciński, Dawid Dzierzyński and Nikodem Cabała — launched the company after customer conversations revealed heavy manual effort in receivables management. The platform is built for European finance teams, keeping customer and receivables data within the EEA and designed for GDPR compliance. Sunbay.io already works with more than 20 businesses across five countries and collects payments from customers in 30 markets. The company recently raised €550,000 to support product development and platform expansion.
- Peec AI
Participated · Series A · Nov 2025
Peec AI offers a Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) dashboard that lets marketing teams track how their brands appear in AI-driven searches, measure sentiment, identify the sources influencing answers, and receive actionable recommendations to boost visibility. Unlike keyword-centric SEO platforms, the product revolves around user-defined prompts, with pricing that ranges from €75 per month for 25 prompts to €424 per month for an enterprise tier. Launched just ten months ago, the company has scaled to more than $4 million in annual recurring revenue and serves 1,300 customers, adding roughly 300 new logos every month; clients include Axel Springer, Chanel, ElevenLabs, TUI, and n8n. Its proprietary data pipeline filters large datasets of generative-search queries to isolate purchase-intent questions, which Peec AI sees as a core competitive moat. Currently 20 employees, the startup plans to hire about 40 more people over the next six months and open a sales office in New York City in Q2 next year. CEO Marius Meiners co-founded the Berlin-based company with CTO Tobias Siwonia and CRO Daniel Drabo during Antler’s Winter 2024 cohort, and says its valuation has recently surpassed $100 million.
- Paymove
Participated · Equity · Sep 2025
Founded in 2022 and based in Poland, paymove develops payment infrastructure and a Payment-as-a-Service offering built around occasional payments, e-commerce & mobile, and agentic payments driven by AI models. The company targets digitalising unattended commerce — paper invoices, parking, ticketing and other offline payments — by replacing physical terminals with QR-code-based flows that require no app or registration. paymove already operates across more than 2,000 locations in Poland, reaches over 600,000 users and processes hundreds of thousands of transactions annually. Its near-term product roadmap includes unveiling a dedicated infrastructure for AI agent payments later this year. The company is pursuing international expansion with advanced contract negotiations underway in Spain, Portugal and Italy. paymove estimates the broader European offline payments market at €39.5 billion, with the unattended segment around €9.5 billion.
