- SquarePlan
Participated · Seed · Jul 2026
SquarePlan applies artificial intelligence to automate early-stage commercial real estate planning and visualisation, converting simple floor outlines into space plans, cost estimates and 3D, VR and AR visualisations. Its platform is already used by landlords and developers in European commercial real estate, including customers such as Strabag Real Estate and EPP. The company says its automation can shorten early leasing stages by several weeks and reduce advisory and fit-out costs for landlords and occupiers. Founded by Zbigniew Kostrzewa and Łukasz Majewski, the firm has been led by CEO Maciej (Matthew) Markowski since 2023. Financially, SquarePlan has raised $3M in total capital following the $1.8M seed round. The company plans to expand its commercial footprint across the EU, North America and the Middle East.
- sunbay.io
Led · Seed · Jun 2026
Sunbay.io automates collections by connecting to invoice data and executing company-specific workflows that follow up via email, SMS and AI voice calls, escalate cases, and provide a branded payment portal. The product surfaces credit-scoring and payment-behaviour signals to help teams identify at-risk accounts and is expanding with predictive insights and planned AI agents to automate additional tasks. The founders — Filip Szczeciński, Dawid Dzierzyński and Nikodem Cabała — launched the company after customer conversations revealed heavy manual effort in receivables management. The platform is built for European finance teams, keeping customer and receivables data within the EEA and designed for GDPR compliance. Sunbay.io already works with more than 20 businesses across five countries and collects payments from customers in 30 markets. The company recently raised €550,000 to support product development and platform expansion.

Its near-term product roadmap includes unveiling a dedicated infrastructure for AI agent payments later this year. The company is pursuing international expansion with advanced contract negotiations underway in Spain, Portugal and Italy. paymove estimates the broader European offline payments market at €39.5 billion, with the unattended segment around €9.5 billion.

The company combines human associates with software tools to increase productivity and provide deployable teams for companies that need oversight beyond pure AI. Epinote says its service is positioned as a cost-effective alternative to traditional BPOs or temporary hires. It has over 50 clients across three continents, including BCG, Brainly, InPost Fresh, and Packhelp, and the company reports rapid growth in sales. Epinote plans to develop its platform further and use investor support to boost efficiency and serve more companies globally. The startup was founded by Mateusz Wikło and Kacper Raszkiewicz and is based in Warsaw.
