  • JUPUS

    Participated · Series A · Jun 2026

JUPUS has developed what it calls Europe’s first AI secretarial service tailored to law firms, automating tasks such as answering client calls, structuring inquiries, preparing cases and drafting legal documents. The platform is positioned to relieve administrative burdens at small and mid-sized law firms and improve lawyers’ ability to focus on substantive work. In 2025 the company reported strong growth—quadrupling annual recurring revenue, tripling headcount, and more than doubling both its user base and the number of cases processed. More than 2,000 lawyers use JUPUS today and the AI handles over 2,000 new legal cases daily, with the company stating it saves firms more than 70 hours per month. JUPUS plans to continue expanding AI capabilities and deepen adoption across Germany and broader Europe using the new funding. The company emphasizes legal-specific features to meet regulatory, privacy and professional requirements distinct from generic AI models.

  • Openlaw

    Participated · Seed · Apr 2026

Openlaw operates beglaubigt.de, a platform that digitises the end-to-end company formation process in Germany, handling document preparation, notary appointments and register filings while working with around 300 notary offices. The platform claims to reduce typical German GmbH formation timelines from six to eight weeks down to as little as three days and has served over 25,000 customers since launch. Beglaubigt.de is integrated with partners such as Qonto and counts customers or partners including Qonto, Holvi and Sevdesk. The company was accepted into Y Combinator's F24 batch and was founded by executives with prior exits and experience scaling startups. Openlaw's near-term plans include expanding the range of formation types and register processes, adding ongoing bookkeeping services, and scaling the product beyond Germany into other European markets. The fresh $3.3M seed financing is intended to accelerate those product and market expansion plans.

  • Konvo AI

    Participated · Seed · Jan 2026

Konvo AI, co-founded by Spaniard Guillem Oliva and headquartered in Berlin with an office in Barcelona, develops proactive artificial-intelligence agents that integrate with e-commerce brands’ WhatsApp, email and web chat channels. The agents autonomously resolve customer queries, boost conversion rates and tackle support incidents; for example, Konvo’s system handles 87 % of all customer conversations for the men’s cosmetics brand Siwon. With its latest funding, the company plans to scale its technical team in Berlin to introduce more advanced agent capabilities and to launch a commercial hub in Barcelona to speed expansion across Spain and wider Europe. Konvo positions its product as a shift from reactive, cost-center customer service to a proactive revenue generator. The firm generates revenue by providing its AI-as-a-service platform to online retailers, though specific financial metrics or ARR figures were not disclosed. The newly raised capital strengthens Konvo’s balance sheet as it prepares for broader European rollout and product enhancement.

  • Peec AI

    Participated · Series A · Nov 2025

Peec AI offers a Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) dashboard that lets marketing teams track how their brands appear in AI-driven searches, measure sentiment, identify the sources influencing answers, and receive actionable recommendations to boost visibility. Unlike keyword-centric SEO platforms, the product revolves around user-defined prompts, with pricing that ranges from €75 per month for 25 prompts to €424 per month for an enterprise tier. Launched just ten months ago, the company has scaled to more than $4 million in annual recurring revenue and serves 1,300 customers, adding roughly 300 new logos every month; clients include Axel Springer, Chanel, ElevenLabs, TUI, and n8n. Its proprietary data pipeline filters large datasets of generative-search queries to isolate purchase-intent questions, which Peec AI sees as a core competitive moat. Currently 20 employees, the startup plans to hire about 40 more people over the next six months and open a sales office in New York City in Q2 next year. CEO Marius Meiners co-founded the Berlin-based company with CTO Tobias Siwonia and CRO Daniel Drabo during Antler’s Winter 2024 cohort, and says its valuation has recently surpassed $100 million.

  • Helio

    Participated · Equity · Oct 2023

Helio is a Zurich-based company founded in 2018 that employs a real-time algorithm to reroute computing tasks to underused or renewable-energy-powered data centers, improving cloud resource allocation. The platform emphasizes carbon-aware workload scheduling, growing a network of green data centers, and aggregating excess capacity into the cloud spot market. Helio is targeting market verticals with high compute demand, notably 3D rendering, AI, and VFX rendering. The company positions its model as a cost-saving and greener alternative to traditional cloud providers by addressing industry efficiency levels currently below 20%. Helio has set a target to reduce CO2 emissions by 200Mt by 2030. The recent funding is intended to accelerate product development, scale market penetration, and expand the platform’s sustainable-compute capabilities.
