- JUPUS
Led · Series A · Jun 2026
JUPUS has developed what it calls Europe’s first AI secretarial service tailored to law firms, automating tasks such as answering client calls, structuring inquiries, preparing cases and drafting legal documents. The platform is positioned to relieve administrative burdens at small and mid-sized law firms and improve lawyers’ ability to focus on substantive work. In 2025 the company reported strong growth—quadrupling annual recurring revenue, tripling headcount, and more than doubling both its user base and the number of cases processed. More than 2,000 lawyers use JUPUS today and the AI handles over 2,000 new legal cases daily, with the company stating it saves firms more than 70 hours per month. JUPUS plans to continue expanding AI capabilities and deepen adoption across Germany and broader Europe using the new funding. The company emphasizes legal-specific features to meet regulatory, privacy and professional requirements distinct from generic AI models.
- Sybilion
Led · Seed · Mar 2026
Sybilion has built a decision-support platform that continuously ingests external indicators—such as commodity prices, freight rates, weather, and macroeconomic data—and maps them to a customer’s product portfolio and cost base. Instead of producing static forecasts, the software surfaces actionable options, trade-offs, and risk boundaries so procurement, sales, and finance teams can align decisions before market shifts erode margins. The system operates through “Sybilion Connect,” enabling insights to be embedded directly into client workflows. Management argues this delivers an “information advantage” by highlighting which signals matter most and when to act. Future development will deepen the mapping between external signals and product-level exposure and extend the platform toward agentic planning that recommends next steps under uncertainty. Financially, the company has raised a total of $4.8 million across pre-seed and seed rounds, giving it fresh capital to accelerate product expansion and integrations.
- constellr
Participated · Series A · Feb 2026
constellr operates a space-based platform that captures high-resolution thermal infrared data, adding a behavioural insight layer to traditional radar and optical imaging for intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance (ISR). The company’s technology enables earlier detection and independent verification of activity in contested or deceptive environments, exemplified by recent monitoring of maritime movements near Russia’s Rybachiy nuclear submarine base. As the only proven operational provider of such data in the European Union, constellr supplies defence and security forces with the ability to uncover hidden operations, track non-cooperative assets and anticipate deployments. Funding is being directed toward expanding its satellite constellation to provide broader global coverage and to build next-generation platforms capable of sub-5-metre resolution. The firm also aims to ensure secure, sovereign control over intelligence for European and allied customers, elevating its system to full defence-grade performance. Including the latest raise, constellr has secured a total of €75 million in funding to date.
- Overstory
Participated · Series B · Nov 2025
Overstory builds an AI-driven grid-resilience platform that analyzes high-resolution satellite data to identify vegetation and infrastructure risks for electric utilities. Its software pinpoints tree-by-tree threats, helping utilities reduce outages, prevent wildfires, and optimize maintenance budgets. The company recently introduced the next generation of its Wildfire Intelligence product, featuring a proprietary Fuel Detection Model that locates the highest-risk fuels and recommends precise mitigation actions. Overstory reports that it now serves six of the ten largest utilities across the Americas. The team has grown to more than 80 employees representing 16 nationalities and spans machine learning, data science, arboriculture, and wildfire expertise. With new leadership from incoming COO Tamara Mendelsohn, the firm plans to accelerate AI risk-model development, broaden its wildfire-prevention suite, and expand its global footprint. Overstory maintains dual headquarters in Boston and Amsterdam.
- Ferovinum
Participated · Series A · Sep 2024
Ferovinum offers capital and logistics support tailored to producers, distributors and brand owners in the drinks sector via an integrated platform that unlocks capital trapped in inventory, optimises procurement and simplifies domestic and international alcohol movement. The company’s technology lets clients manage working capital and scale operations across multiple markets while embedding funding within its supply-chain workflow. Ferovinum positions its product as a combined asset-backed finance and logistics solution to improve margins and operational efficiency for drinks businesses. The startup says its flexible funding approach helps clients react to shifting demand and access new markets without being constrained by cash flow. With supply-chain expansion plans, Ferovinum aims to enhance liquidity and storage capabilities across major US logistics hubs and extend services beyond the UK to the US, EU and Australia. Ferovinum operates an end-to-end digital platform that helps wine and spirits businesses fund, produce, procure and sell into global markets. It provides working capital and supply-chain automation, leveraging trading concepts from commodity markets to improve risk profile, flexibility, underwriting data and lower operating costs. Founded in 2018 by Mitchel Fowler (CEO) and Daniel Gibney (CFO), the company has funded over 35 million bottles and deployed over £114 million of funding to UK producers. The platform has transacted over £170 million of product and reports annual sales growth of 1,000% since early 2023. Ferovinum targets the liquidity constraints, complex supply chains and regulatory friction that hinder international sales for drinks businesses. The company plans to broaden its funding and supply-chain product set and launch services in the US and Europe later this year.
