- Wio Capital
Led · Equity · May 2026
Wio Capital develops an AI-agent-powered wealth management infrastructure that combines multi-entity and multi-bank aggregation, automation of operational processes, and integrated execution within regulated environments. The platform aims to automate tasks that today consume a large share of advisors’ time—claims in the article note operational processes can consume up to 70% of an advisor’s time—and to provide an "always-on" system that proactively anticipates risks, opportunities, and tasks. Wio’s approach replaces manual workflows and fragmented tools with autonomous AI agents to handle analysis, reporting, compliance, operations, and client interactions. The company positions its technology to reduce operational costs per client, report, and advisory process and to drive changes in banks, advisors, and asset managers’ operating models. Gonzalo de la Peña, co-founder and CEO, framed the product as enabling wealth managers to focus on strategy and client relationships while the regulated infrastructure and AI handle the rest. The founding team is described as having deep expertise in Open Finance, which the company and investors cite as a competitive advantage.
- Spacebackend
Participated · Seed · Apr 2026
Spacebackend develops an AI-assisted platform aimed at addressing the fragmentation and manual effort in aerospace hardware and software integration, testing and validation. The company says its technology can produce middleware-agnostic solutions and digital twins derived from technical documentation to speed up integration timelines. Management positions the platform as a way to reduce integration cycles from years to days for mission-critical systems. The startup plans to iterate the product by adding more automation and AI features to satisfy the demands of highly regulated aerospace missions. Financially, the company has now raised more than €2.2M in total, including the €1.8M pre-seed round. Dmitry Goldenberg is cited as the company's founder and CEO.
- nuuEnergy
Participated · Seed · Feb 2026
Founded in late 2023 in Munich, nuuEnergy develops regional “hub” businesses that plan, install and service heat-pump systems, using proprietary digital tools and on-site system planners to streamline each project. The company targets the bottlenecks that slow Germany’s heat-pump adoption—skilled-labour shortages and fragmented installation workflows—by offering structured working conditions and modern software for its specialist teams. nuuEnergy earns revenue from installation projects, long-term maintenance contracts and ancillary offerings such as water-treatment systems and energy consulting. Positioning itself between small craft installers and purely digital platforms, the startup provides end-to-end local service while maintaining efficiency through digitised processes. The founders believe partnerships with cooperative banks can also enable tailored financing for customers’ heating transitions. Recent seed funding will be used to launch additional regional hubs and further automate planning and installation workflows.
- Adcities
Participated · Seed · Dec 2025
Adcities operates an out-of-home (OOH) advertising network that layers geocontextual data onto digital billboards and other outdoor inventory to enable highly targeted, measurable, and actionable campaigns. The platform is already used by more than 25 brands, including Telefónica, Decathlon, and Mapfre, demonstrating early commercial traction. Co-founded by CEO Manuel Ferreira Lorenzo and CPO/CTO Jacobo Peleteiro Lumbreras, the company positions itself at the intersection of adtech and data analytics, aiming to bring the precision of digital advertising to physical spaces. With fresh capital in hand, Adcities plans to expand its operations, accelerate product development, and broaden its market reach across additional geographies and advertiser segments. The startup’s differentiation lies in its ability to fuse location intelligence with outdoor media, offering advertisers real-time campaign activation and performance insights. Financially, the company has secured over €3 million in seed funding, giving it resources to scale its network and technology stack. While revenue figures are not disclosed, the existing customer roster and institutional backing suggest early product-market fit.
- Reveni
Participated · Series A · Sep 2025
Founded in 2022, Reveni provides a SaaS platform that centralises sales, returns and logistics for e-commerce brands through deep integrations with major commerce platforms. Its core feature is an instant refund and exchange engine powered by a proprietary real-time risk model that removes liability from merchants and streamlines reverse logistics. In 2025 the company introduced Reveni Atlas, an international logistics module that automates duties and taxes calculations at checkout, customs clearance, fiscal declarations, and end-to-end parcel tracking, reducing intermediaries and fees. Reported customer outcomes include around 25 % savings on logistics costs, 30 % lower international sales management expenses, and higher repurchase rates, average order values, and retained revenue. The platform is used by brands such as Victoria Beckham, ME+EM, Castore, Ego, Jigsaw, Bella Freud, The Fold, and Hurley. Co-founders Fernando Pedraz (CEO), Pablo Molinero (COO) and Gonzalo Martin (CTO) leverage backgrounds in enterprise sales, operations and fintech engineering. With the latest funding, Reveni plans to deepen its footprint in the UK and EU, accelerate product development, and expand its team. The company has raised €17.3 million to date.
