The company plans to launch a consumer-facing VR world languages app on the Meta Quest store starting with Spanish this summer, followed by French in the fall and then German, Japanese and Italian. Financially, Immerse raised $9M in a Series B that brings total capital raised to $11.5M. The company intends to use the funds to grow its global team from 12 to 35 over the next four months, invest in product innovation, and expand onto other major VR platforms.
