ImmunoSolv merged with Aberdeen-based Grampian BioConsultants to form ImmunoSolv Limited, combining complementary immunology and immuno-technology expertise. Its core product suite centers on the Dead-Cert® dead-cell removal reagents and a magnetic Dead-Cert® Nanoparticles device that separates viable cells from dead cells and debris in vitro. The merger aims to accelerate commercial sales of Dead-Cert® kits alongside GBC’s contract research services and to build technologies combining apoptosis detection/control with antibody engineering. Target applications include regenerative medicine, tailored protein therapeutics, diagnostic proteins, and progression of its anti-cancer and anti-inflammation biologics. The company has secured funding and grants that, together with University of Edinburgh investment, bring over £500K into the business. Management and the board were retained and expanded to support commercialization and R&D translation into clinical-grade products.
