The company is headquartered in Salt Lake City and sells its PRM solution to vendor partners and their reseller networks. Following the transaction, Kennet Partners and Joe Wang have taken a majority ownership stake, representing a material change in the company’s capital structure. Leadership changes announced with Joe Wang becoming chairman and CEO and the Flynn brothers remaining in senior engineering and sales roles suggest continuity in product and go-to-market execution.
