IMU Biosciences combines high-fidelity multi-omic analysis with proprietary machine learning to generate detailed immune profiles, claiming the world’s largest immune dataset. Its platform can analyze more than 100 million immune data points from a single blood sample and the company expects its dataset to scale to over 25,000 individuals by 2026. IMU is applying its platform across immune-mediated diseases and therapeutic areas, including transplantation and immuno-oncology, and is advancing clinical initiatives such as Stem Cell and Solid Organ Transplant programs and the MANIFEST cancer immunotherapy consortium. The company plans to use recent funding to expand operations and strengthen clinical infrastructure to support these programs. IMU was founded by experimental immunologists and computational biologists with roots at the Francis Crick Institute and King’s College London and has now raised a total of $60 million to date.
