Inkle offers a full-stack tax and accounting SaaS platform enabling US companies created by overseas founders to handle bookkeeping, tax, and compliance filings. The product combines software with asynchronous human chat connecting customers to bookkeepers and US-licensed, India-based CPA teams, plus dashboards, deadline alerts, team collaboration, a secure corporate document vault, and transparent billing. Inkle recently launched a bookkeeping ledger, Inkle Books, that syncs to bank feeds and recognised accounting software. Customers can manage and track filings from anywhere; named customers include Salesken, Mailmodo, Zoko and DriveTrain. Having raised $1.5M in pre-seed funding, the company plans to use the funds to expand operations and business reach. It is expanding into new corridors such as US-Canada and US-LATAM and into new sectors like crypto taxes.
