The company currently operates in the US and Puerto Rico. Secure EDI received a significant growth equity investment from Abingworth intended to provide liquidity for early investors and additional equity capital for investment in the business and acquisitions. As part of the transaction, Abingworth Partners and named representatives joined Secure EDI’s board. The investment was made from Abingworth’s growth equity vehicles, Abingworth Bioventures V Co-Invest Growth Equity Fund LP (AGE) and Abingworth Bioventures V.
