Inneractive

17 Hamefalsim St., Petah Tikva, 4951447, Israel

Overview

Inneractive provides a global programmatic ad stack for mobile publishers via an SDK that integrates more than 120 ad providers across 200 countries. The company focuses on video, hyper-local and in-app search ads and connects developers to networks such as InMobi, xAd, Appnexus, Lifestreet and Matomy. Founded in 2007 and based in Israel, Inneractive has raised $14M to date, including a $3.5M round in 2012 and a new $6M Series C. The new capital will be used to scale programmatic video advertising, expand business, sales, marketing and development in the U.S., and to build out a full-stack mobile monetization platform. Management is also considering inorganic growth (acquisitions) to accelerate expansion. The platform is used by “thousands” of developers (including Zynga), lists the U.S. and U.K. as its biggest markets, and reported ad-request growth of ~565% on Android and ~400% on iOS. inneractive operates a mobile app monetization exchange that integrates over 120 ad providers from 200+ countries into a one-line SDK, with thousands of developers using its platform on iOS, Android, RIM and Windows Phone. It also offers SDKs for non-smartphone platforms such as J2ME, Bada and Symbian (without the one-line implementation). The company works with major ad networks including Amobee, Inmobi, Jumptap, Mojiva, Adfonic, Millennial and Madhouse, and powers private ad exchanges for developer communities, manufacturers and carriers (clients include Corona Labs, StackMob and LiveCode). Recently introduced “Hybrid” technology lets publishers alternate between automatic optimization of partner networks and manual opt-in/out of specific providers. inneractive’s biggest markets are the U.S., Europe and India, and its global footprint enables targeting by demographic, content, language and location. The company previously reported metrics such as a 95% global fill rate, 99% U.S. fill rate and 3%+ click-through rates (from a year ago) and says those metrics have increased, though it declined to provide updated figures. With the new financing it plans to hire and expand operations, opening offices in NYC, India and Singapore alongside existing offices in London, Tel Aviv and Silicon Valley.
