Innerlogic
123 Main Street, Halifax, Nova Scotia, B0H 1H0, Canada
Overview
Innerlogic builds an AI-driven software suite that replaces traditional employee surveys with conversational, follow-up interactions to surface actionable, solution-focused feedback and generate customized employer reports with cited research and visualizations. The product profiles users via an initial question battery, conducts AI conversations to refine feedback and convert vague comments into action-oriented recommendations, and preserves anonymity to reduce fear of judgment. The company has a 40-client base split roughly evenly between sports teams and businesses, using sports as a beachhead while targeting companies with 500–5,000 employees. Founders Bryce Tully and Mike Bawol—formerly with Canada’s Olympic team—launched the Halifax company after the Tokyo Olympics and landed Own the Podium as their first customer. Innerlogic currently employs eight full-time staff and works with a fractional marketing firm in Nova Scotia. The team plans to use new funding to advance go-to-market efforts, elevate AI capabilities, hone messaging, and grow its digital footprint while scaling the product incrementally.
