Founded eight years ago by Mohamed El Yacoubi, Innoflex is the third-largest national player in polyurethane foam and bedding manufacturing and runs two industrial production units with about 450 employees. The company follows a vertically integrated model spanning production to B2B and B2C distribution. In 2024 it launched a retail network under the Moul Pounj brand, which already counts 40 points of sale and is expanding at roughly two openings per month. Innoflex plans to build a new automated production unit and strengthen corporate governance as part of its growth program. The group is pursuing commercial expansion into sectors such as automotive and premium hospitality. Its expansion strategy is coordinated within Anoma HoldCo, the founder's industrial investment vehicle.
