Inotrem
54 rue de Ponthieu, Paris, Ile-de-France, 75008, France
Overview
Founded in 2013, Inotrem focuses on controlling dysregulated inflammation by inhibiting the TREM-1 pathway, a key amplifier of immune responses. Its lead asset, nangibotide, is a first-in-class TREM-1 inhibitor in late-stage development for acute indications such as septic shock, severe COVID-19, and myocardial infarction. In parallel, the company is advancing INO-02, an antibody program aimed at chronic inflammatory disorders, particularly inflammatory bowel disease (IBD), and is pairing the therapy with biomarker-based patient stratification. The INO-02 program is nearing first-in-human trials following successful preclinical work supported by the Crohn’s & Colitis Foundation. Inotrem leverages a proprietary technology platform and scientific leadership to build a diversified pipeline where few targeted treatments currently exist. The company is part of the French Tech 120 program and is backed by a consortium of European and North American investors as well as non-dilutive grants from disease-focused foundations. Although exact revenue figures are not disclosed, the repeated milestone payments from the Crohn’s & Colitis Foundation underscore ongoing external validation of its progress.
