Founded in 2015 by Dr. Zhou Zhijie, 异工同智 combines chemical engineering expertise and IT development to deliver production-management digitalization for chemical plants. Its core product, the 工智道 system, integrates online data flows with offline workflows and focuses on high-frequency production scenarios such as work-order management, intelligent inspection, and safety risk control. The company says its modules have been widely adopted and that mech-electrical management and process-management modules will be launched soon. 工智道 aims to serve as an operations “OS” for on-site control and to provide a platform for IoT technologies (including 5G, AI, and IoT) to enter chemical safety. 异工同智 reports more than 100 signed chemical-enterprise customers, including BASF and Wanhua Chemical. The company plans to use new funding to upgrade product architecture, grow the team, and expand market adoption.
