InSitu Biologics is advancing a non-opioid pain drug candidate called AnestaGel. The company, led by President & CEO James Segermark, is using recently raised funds to continue advancing AnestaGel into clinical trials. In pre-clinical studies AnestaGel has been fast acting and long lasting and is targeted for post-operative regional pain management. The company expects to explore AnestaGel for use in numerous surgical applications. Financially, InSitu raised over $2M in a Reg A+ mini-IPO and has an SEC-qualified Form 1-A to raise up to $10M under Reg A+.
