The product includes a library of built-in NFPA and UL-C templates and was built by industry insiders to cover the full cycle of fire protection work. Founded in 2014 and based in Troy, N.Y., the company grew without outside capital until the recent investment. Inspect Point will use capital from the Mainsail partnership to invest further in the product, broaden its customer base, and increase product value. The company aims to help technicians navigate evolving compliance codes, identify deficiencies more quickly, and drive higher-margin service revenue.
