Inspirock is an online service that automatically creates customized vacation itineraries based on user inputs. Travelers enter destination, age range, travel dates, and choose categories like “gardens,” “landmarks,” or “hidden gems” to build schedules. As users save or delete suggested timeslot items, the site learns which destinations are most relevant and improves future recommendations. The product can generate itineraries for a single location or trips spanning multiple countries and currently covers major destinations in the U.S. and Europe, with plans to expand coverage to other areas. Inspirock launched in 2012 and will monetize via a revenue-sharing model by allowing users to book tickets and reservations through different providers. The company recently raised $3 million in seed funding.
